We put forth much time & effort keeping our house, floors and carpet clean, with cleaning grout being our least desirable task. After 10 years in our home we hired Absolute Surface Solutions to professionally clean and seal our tile to look compatible to the new carpeting being installed. We were pleasantly suprised to see our tile "like new" again and grout evenly brightened to match the untouched tiles & grout around our fireplace. The job was scheduled in less than a week of our call and total job done in less than 2 hours leaving no mess behind. The fee was competitive and fair. We are hopeful the results will last in our busy household, but plan on contacting Absolute Surface Solutions annually to take care of our needs. We contracted Absolute Surface Solution to basically repair a ten foot travertine area in our kitchen that vinegar was applied to. The area looked as though bleach was spilled, and large splash marks. Not only did four companies tell me it was impossible, none would repair it without doing the entire home, or removing the tiles. Michael not only repaired the area, he took his time in ensuring that my furniture and personal items were covered and protected. We contracted Absolute Surface Solutions to install approximately 900sqft of ceramic floor tile. Within 4 days Mike and his crew completed the job with beautiful results. High kudos goes to two of the crew members, Dario and Angel. These installers were constantly working and made every effort in ensuring the job was completed correctly. They were thorough, considerate, and responded courteously when we requested them to make on the spot adjustments when installing the tile. Especially noteworthy was Mike’s willingness in keeping us as satisfied customers. After the tile was installed one of the toilets had not seated properly. Mike personally made an attempt to repair it and realized it would be better left to a plumber. He made a phone call and within 2 days a plumber was at the house, made the repair, and I was never charged. We are very pleased with the service we received from Absolute. Our floors had not been cleaned since we moved into our new home 4 1/2 years ago. Mike took the time to explain the cleaning/grout sealing process to us. Our floors look like new and will stay cleaner now that the grout has been sealed. The crew arrived on time, was very efficient and completed the cleaning in less time than estimated. They were very careful not to mark up our newly painted baseboards and when moving or cleaning around furniture.
